Signage Graphic Designer (Shop File Production – Printing and Fabrication)

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in signage design and creating production-ready files.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
• Understanding of production processes for printing and fabrication, including material properties and cutting technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work in a team environment.


Job Summary:
• We are seeking a skilled Signage Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating detailed shop files for production, specifically for both printing and fabrication. The role requires a keen eye for design and an understanding of the technical aspects of sign production.


Specific Responsibilities:
-Create accurate and detailed shop drawings and production files for signage projects, including channel letters, acrylics, foam boards, and other materials.
-Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and production capabilities.
-Develop production files that can be seamlessly used for both printing and fabrication processes.


-Collaborate with clients and internal teams to incorporate feedback and finalize designs.
-Ensure all files are prepared in the appropriate formats and meet quality standards for output.
- Research and interpret permit guidelines to assist in the submission of necessary documentation for signage projects.
-Maintain knowledge of industry trends and materials relevant to signage production.
