Role Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Guest Relations Specialist to handle guest interactions, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and can manage tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, professional, and thoughtful responses to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, liaising with vendors for swift solutions.
- Manage reservations, resolve disputes, and ensure smooth payment processing.
- Offer comprehensive information about property policies, amenities, and features.
- Assist with administrative duties and occasional lead generation during downtime.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service quality.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Dependable and proactive individuals who take initiative without prompting.
- Team players who adapt well to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb and Hostaway is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is highly valued.
