Qualifications
2+ years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization
Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience
Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle processes
Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and in-depth knowledge of data mining, boolean queries, internet research, and resume scraping
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Strong command of verbal and written English
Responsibilities
As a Virtual Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening applicants for a US based Home Health Agency, interviewing for hourly and salaried positions, and assisting in job fairs and other outreach events.
The ideal candidate will have considerable skills in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions related to Human Resources and will have a good command of the English language. The candidate will effectively communicate with others in a friendly but professional manner.
Additional Responsibilities
Partner with Organization Leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives
Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers
Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria (Calibration)
Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders and HR
Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
Develop and implement search strategy that includes use of organizational approved tools and resources
