Virtual Assistant and Project Manager

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM Toronto Time (EST Time Zone)

Salary: PHP 25,000 per month

We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Project manager and Client Liaison to join our team and help us manage and execute our projects seamlessly. Requirements:
Work 9am to 5pm Toronto Time
Must know how to use Monday.com
Must be able to manage a team remotely

Job Responsibilities:

Project management:
Create timelines for projects
Track daily progress on Assist in the organization of project time lines, ensuring that all details are meticulously planned and executed.

Inquiries
Respond to inquiries using pricing templates
Quote custom jobs (create pricing templates for future quotes)

Client Communication:
Reach out to clients to confirm project details
Follow up with projects, quotes and inquiries

Team Scheduling:
Manage the scheduling, create project timelines, daily tracking of progress.
Ensure that all roles are filled and everyone is clear on their responsibilities.

Ordering
Create purchase lists and orders guides to make ordering easier from suppliers

Client Support:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their project.

Administrative Tasks:
Create templates, pricing lists and project timelines
Updating checklists, tracking client communications, and managing project timelines.

Technology Use:
Ensure that all details are correctly logged into our client management software and that all have access to the information they need.

Benefits:

• Monthly salary of PHP 25,000.
