We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing real estate wholesaling team. This role is vital to our business, as you’ll be responsible for building relationships with RE agents, negotiating deals, and securing contracts for off-market properties.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach:
-Identify and contact potential property sellers via cold calls,
-Build and nurture relationships with agents and brokers to maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring:
-Negotiate purchase prices and terms with property owners to secure favorable agreements.
-Analyze potential deals to determine market value, repair costs, and profitability.
Relationship Management:
-Act as the primary point of contact for agents throughout the acquisition process.
-Maintain excellent communication and build trust to ensure long-term partnerships.
Data & Process Management:
-Maintain detailed records of leads, deals, and progress in the CRM system.
-Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transitions from acquisitions to dispositions.
