We’re looking for two senior Power BI developers from the Philippines to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about data, design, and building impactful dashboards, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Dashboard Development: Design and build modern, visually appealing Power BI dashboards that meet client requirements.
Client Interaction: Communicate directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Data Modeling: Create and optimize robust data models for analysis.
Data Integration: Develop ETL processes and work with data from Azure and other data warehouse systems.
AI Integration: Incorporate AI and advanced analytics into Power BI reports to provide predictive insights.
Project Management: Independently manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Collaboration: Work remotely with a global team, following Dutch working hours.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Power BI development, including advanced skills in DAX, Power Query, and visuals.
Eye for Design: Proven ability to create clean, modern, and user-friendly dashboards.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, Azure Data Warehouse, and integration of AI into Power BI.
Client-Focused: Exceptional communication skills in English (neutral accent) and the ability to interact with clients to gather and understand requirements.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently take on and complete projects.
Work Hours: Must be able to work full-time, adhering to Dutch working hours (Central European Time).
