VA for sales & admin tasks

We are looking for VA Sales for our brand here in Manila. Please see below details. Please no long messages, just send us your updated resume, portfolio and proven Canva designs.

Requirements:

- MUST know how to use Pancake POS.
- MUST have proven ability to create designs in Canva. (please send your portfolio)
- He/she must have at least 1 year experience in a sales role (e-commerce) preferably for retail food brands.
- Proven ability to create designs in Canva (portfolio required). A good eye for branding, aesthetics, and detail.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented. Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

PLEASE READ:

The volume of inquiries is currently 30 to 70 per day only, so the workload for responding to messages is manageable. However, I need someone available for 8 hours daily to ensure quick responses and maintain excellent customer service.

Since the inquiries are fewer at the moment, I propose a per-day pay arrangement.

Aside from replying to inquiries, there may be occasional tasks such as:

Encoding or data entry.
Designing marketing materials.
Assisting with other administrative needs as they arise.
These additional tasks won’t be frequent but will require your flexibility and attention to detail.
