Cold Email Marketing Expert

We are Adfluential, a performance marketing company specialising in lead generation campaigns in the UK, USA, and Europe, with a focus on the home improvements, finance, insurance, and claims sectors. Our team includes media buyers, video editors, designers, and web developers based in the Philippines, alongside a dedicated team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing company.

As we expand, we are seeking a proactive and creative cold email outreach expert with experience in using Instantly.AI and Clay in order to scale cold email outreach campaigns to generate B2B leads for our clients.

Proof of experience in cold email outreach is a key requirement of this role. Please demonstrate and provide proof of your experience of this in your application.

We’re looking for someone who goes beyond merely ticking off tasks. We need a genuinely proactive individual who thrives on staying ten steps ahead. You should be someone who anticipates needs before they arise and is always ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real difference. We're not seeking someone who waits for tasks to be assigned; we want someone passionate about their work, always looking for ways to improve and help the team, and who is organised.

You should have exceptional attention to detail, a proactive approach, effective time management and organisational abilities, strong communication skills, empathy, and strong proficiency in British English, both written and verbal.

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week with availability during UK working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM GMT+1 (9 AM to 5 PM GMT during October to March).
