JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Product Research and Listing team member who will create listings for products sold online. As a product researcher you will monitor market trends and conduct market research & analysis. You should be able to provide suggestions on which products to sell. And as a product lister, your duties will involve writing content to describe listings, searching and editing photos for the listing & optimizing listing.

Someone who has at least 1 year of experience as a Product Research and Listing (Ebay or Amazon or other ecommerce platform).

WHO IS BEST FOR THE ROLE?
You are the best fit for the role if you have a background in product research, listing and customer service. You can navigate through process maps independently and can create effective listings that will draw more customers to buy our products. This job is best for those who are tech savvy and can quickly learn how to navigate through the systems and tools



MUST HAVES (REQUIRED):
This is not an entry-level position, only apply if your experience is sufficient

1. Minimum of 6 months of experience in using ebay seller account ,
2. Minimum of 1 year experience on product search and competitor research (Ebay or Amazon or other ecommerce platform).
3. Minimum of 1 year experience on product listing (Ebay or Amazon or other ecommerce platform).
4. Experience in navigating 1688, Aliexpress, or other similar supplier platforms.
Experience on basic graphic design/ editing
5. Tech Savvy, quick in adapting to new systems / new tools. Good internet/computer set up after hiring
6. Ability to prioritise tasks and pay attention to detail. You must be able to work well under pressure.
7. Must be flexible to work at weekends and overtime.
8. Ability to maintain confidential information about the company
9. Excellent time management skills and decision making skills
10. Ability to seek solution from internet or team members when issues arise
11. Be creative and proactive to improve current processes and procedures.
12. Not being afraid to voice the concerns and opinions




JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform competitor research to identify profitable product
2. Periodically optimise existing product listing according to our company standard
3. Monitor market trends, conduct market research and analysis to suggest what product to sell.
4. Create effective product listing with high quality photos, writing product description with SEO in mind and creating highly searchable product names/titles
5. Fulfill orders
6. Inventory Management (including forecasting demand, ordering stock, contacting supplier)
7. Work on KPI metric. Goal oriented, result driven
