JOB OVERVIEW

Join a well-established UK-based health supplement company in the e-commerce industry.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to manage our inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-> Stock Forecasting: Analyse sales trends and lead times to predict stock demand across multiple channels (Amazon, Shopify, Wholesale, TikTok Shop). Collaborate with marketing to stay aligned on sales strategies.

-> Purchase Orders: Prepare and manage purchase orders for ingredients, packaging, and production schedules. Communicating with manufacturers and production partners.

-> Inventory Logistics:
Communicate with shipping agents to arrange inventory transport, ensuring accurate documentation and warehouse bookings.
Manage inventory via our warehouse portal, including booking stock in and coordinating inbound/outbound shipments.

-> Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain records for Organic Food Standards compliance, production, and sales.

-> Amazon Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain Amazon inventory levels. Manage transfers from our contract warehouses to Amazon fulfillment centers.

-> Warehouse Portal Management: Oversee our contract warehouse operations, including stock bookings, inbound/outbound movements, and order processing.

Wholesale Fulfillment: Manage purchase orders from retail partners, creating shipments and booking transport.

Who we are looking For:
--> Organisational Expertise: A proven track record in logistics or inventory management, with meticulous attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.

--> Analytical Mindset: Proficient in working with spreadsheets and analysing data to inform decisions.

--> Technical Skills: Comfortable using platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and warehouse management portals.

--> Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Regular collaboration via email, WhatsApp, and Slack with occasional team meeting

--> Self-Starter: Able to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and take initiative in a remote work environment.

--> Adaptable and Flexible: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adjust to changing priorities.

--> Caring Enthusiastic Team Player: Passionate about contributing to the success of a growing company and delivering high-quality work consistently - You are a winner and take pride in your work!
