JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time - 4 hours daily and 8 hours for a week at the end of the month to check monthly reports and meetings for quarterly reports

We are a fast-paced startup fashion brand that creates original designs inspired by anime and gaming. Driven by speed and high-quality standards, we are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Online Business Manager (OBM) to lead and optimize our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build and improve systems from scratch while working in a high-energy, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Set and Manage KPIs: Create clear key performance indicators to measure team success.
- Motivate Team Members: Drive positivity, foster accountability, and ensure team members perform at their best.
- Oversee Work: Monitor and ensure all tasks and projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
- Build and Improve Systems: Develop systems that help team members follow and update SOPs effectively.
- Create Improvement Plans: Develop clear expectations and actionable plans for team members needing improvement, including defined consequences for missed goals.
- Review Monthly Reports: Check monthly reports, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
- Re-Onboard Quarterly: Re-onboard team members every quarter to reinforce their understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
- Set Goals and Remind Members: Create and track goals for team members, ensuring they stay focused and aligned with company objectives.
- Create and Improve Onboarding and Hiring Systems: Build and refine systems for onboarding and hiring to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Interview and Hire New Team Members: Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates to meet the growing needs of the team.
