JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, driving lead generation, and analyzing sales performance. Your primary focus will be on implementing and managing outbound email marketing campaigns, utilizing tools like Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn to source high-quality leads. You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, writing compelling email copy, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
Outbound Email Marketing
- Design and set up an outbound email marketing program using a cutting-edge and affordable software stack.
- Source high-quality leads using a combination of tools (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn) and creative lead hacking techniques (experience with local registers a plus).
- Write compelling email copy that drives engagement and conversions.
- Analyze email campaign performance and implement A/B testing for continuous improvement.
- Generate reports on campaign performance for clients, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.

Sales Process Optimization
- Analyze and optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement CRM tools and automate workflows to streamline lead management and follow-up.
- Develop sales collateral and presentations to support the sales team.

Data & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and report on key sales data (KPIs) for leadership and clients.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on sales data analysis.
- Create clear and concise dashboards to visualize sales performance.

Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to provide ongoing support and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Requirements:
- Solid experience in sales operations or a related field.
- Has experience working with early-stage tech startups.
- Proven experience in setting up and managing outbound email marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and email marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with lead generation tools (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn) and lead hacking techniques.
- Working knowledge of email copywriting and A/B testing methodologies.
