We’re looking for a versatile Operations and Accountability Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role supporting a multi-faceted business owner with operations across real estate, e-commerce, investing in real estate and businesses. Helping the business owner by tracking goals, prioritizing tasks, and managing day-to-day activities across the multiple business ventures. This role focuses on keeping the owner focused on key deliverables while also handling administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
As the Operations and Accountability Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping the business owner stay focused and productive. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accountability and Performance Coaching:
- Serve as an accountability partner, ensuring tasks, goals, and deadlines are met.
- Conduct daily and weekly check-ins with the business owner to review priorities, performance, and progress.
- Maintain an organized schedule, providing daily and weekly reminders for deadlines and commitments.
- Track, monitor, and record all progress
- Help streamline daily workflows and maintain focus on high-priority objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins to identify roadblocks and help maintain focus.
Operations Management:
- Oversee and manage operational processes for various businesses (real estate, e-commerce, rental properties, and investments).
- Create, maintain, and optimize operational systems, processes, and documentation.
- Coordinate communication and workflows between tea
Project Management and Execution:
- Track, manage, and ensure completion of ongoing projects across multiple businesses.
- Implement strategies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor KPIs and suggest actionable improvements based on performance data.
- Administrative and Organizational Support:
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and task management tools.
- Organize and manage files, records, and operational tools.

Communication and Reporting:
- Provide concise updates and reports on progress and outstanding items.
- Assist with personal errands and scheduling to help the owner focus on higher-level priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all personal and professional matters.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs and find solutions.
- Experience with task and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, ToDoist etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background in real estate, e-commerce, or investing.
- Experience working with remote teams or in a virtual assistant role.
- Knowledge of performance tracking and accountability systems.
- Experience in Coaching, Productivity and Accountability

Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with e-commerce, especially Shopify or similar platforms.
