We are looking for a Real Estate Appointment Setter Virtual Assistant with strong verbal and written communication skills to help with lead generation, CRM tasks, and appointment scheduling. This role offers opportunities for growth based on business needs. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and excel at building rapport during cold calls. Performance-based bonuses are available. The successful hire will help ensure the agent’s calendar is filled with quality appointments and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Part-time (4 hours/day, 5 days/week), U.S. business hours. Flexibility to adjust hours for optimal client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
Conduct research to identify potential clients for real estate services.
Build and manage targeted prospect lists for future engagement.
2. Cold Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential leads, introducing real estate services and qualifying prospects.
Effectively handle objections and communicate value propositions.
3. Prospecting:
Continuously develop and manage lists of potential clients for outreach and follow-up.
4. Appointment Setting:
Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the real estate agent.
Ensure the agent's calendar is consistently filled with high-quality appointments.
5. CRM Management:
Accurately enter and update client records in the CRM system.
Maintain organized client and lead information for seamless follow-ups.
6. Client Follow-Up:
Re-engage leads through follow-up calls,
Manage nurturing processes for warm leads and potential future clients.
7. Light Administrative Tasks:
Perform basic data entry, calendar management, and communication handling.
Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties to support business operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate, appointment setting, or sales roles (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Previous cold calling or lead generation experience is a plus.
