Your Role:

Prepare and deliver accurate estimates for commercial construction projects, ensuring competitive and profitable proposals.
Collaborate with the sales team to craft winning quotes and support the conversion of leads into successful projects.
Utilize CRM tools (experience with Zoho CRM is advantageous) to track leads and nurture client relationships.
Assist in creating professional email marketing campaigns and templates to support sales outreach.
Work flexibly and adapt to evolving business needs, showcasing a team-oriented approach.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in commercial construction estimation.
Familiarity with sales processes, with a focus on driving results and closing deals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred but not essential).
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and familiarity with tools like Hubstaff.
A creative mindset for marketing initiatives and strong attention to detail.
Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to prove your value.
