Supply Chain Manager - Dropshipping - Shopify

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for e-commerce? We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize the supply chain operations for our 7-figure fashion dropshipping business. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, efficient supplier relationships, and seamless logistics for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Supply Chain Management:
* Develop and implement strategies to streamline supply chain operations and improve efficiency.
* Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from supplier coordination to final delivery.
* Supplier Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality standards.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to optimize costs and margins.
* Inventory Oversight:
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or overstocking.
* Ensure real-time updates of inventory and product availability across sales channels.
* Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
* Provide regular reports on supplier performance, order accuracy, and delivery times.
* Problem Solving:
* Proactively address supply chain disruptions, such as delayed deliveries, incorrect shipments, or damaged goods.
* Develop contingency plans to minimize the impact of unforeseen issues.
* Compliance and Quality Assurance:
* Implement processes to maintain product and service quality across the supply chain.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and supply chain management tools.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Experience in e-commerce or dropshipping is a strong plus.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure.
