Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive B2B digital marketing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads platforms.
-Analyze and optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, A/B testing, and data-driven adjustments.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and targeted audience strategies.
-Track, report, and assess KPIs and key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and report on ROI.
-Conduct keyword research and manage SEM/SEO strategies to maximize visibility and engagement.
-Coordinate with the content team to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals and consistent messaging.
-Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in B2B digital marketing with a focus on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
