Job description
We're looking for a talented, creative designer to join the JAQ Group. As a designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visual content for a variety of clients, including email marketing creative, website banners, marketing materials, and ad creative.

Key Responsibilities
Design and create visual content for our group of e-commerce brands, including email designs, social media graphics and Meta Ad creative
Keep up-to-date with the latest artwork trends, design trends, techniques and software
Contribute to the development of each of our brand's visual identities
Work in a team with like-minded individuals
You are expected to meet deadlines effectively

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
Proficiency in Figma (optional)
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members

Ideal candidates will be able to:
Demonstrate previous digital ads they have designed.
Demonstrate previous emails they have designed
Demonstrate an ability to move quickly, be agile and design in volume
Show exceptional communication skills to manage client designs and ensure all content produced is on brand and in line with briefs.
