Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trust and maintaining excellent relationships.
* Understand client requirements and ensure clear documentation for the development team.
* Create, manage, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and scopes for multiple ongoing projects.
* Coordinate tasks with the remote team (developers, designers, and QA) using ClickUp and other tools.
* Oversee the QA process, ensuring all websites meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
* Provide clients with regular updates, using tools like ChatGPT for professional and timely communication.
* Identify and resolve challenges proactively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Continuously improve processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
* 5+ years of project management experience in a web development agency, preferably with WordPress projects.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
* Expertise in WordPress, Elementor, JetEngine, and other related technologies.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively handle clients and teams from diverse backgrounds.
* Experience with remote team management and tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Figma.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential;
