Main Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for teacher recruitment, training, performance management, and feedback.
Conduct research on curriculums and develop and optimize teaching standards.
Research new teaching technologies and trends to enhance the innovation and foresight of teaching.
Coordinate multiple stakeholders to promote student enrollment and the stability of the teaching team.
Conduct demo sessions to improve teaching quality through demonstration teaching.
Job Requirements:
Experience in school management and operations, preferably with experience in managing and operating online schools.
Proven leadership.
Highly fluent in English with near-native pronunciation.
Over 5 years of teaching experience in subjects such as English, science, and history, with an impressive teaching record.
Strong leadership skills with evidence of capability in managing, organizing, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Extensive experience in teacher training.
Experience working with and training Native Speakers.
High sense of responsibility and accountability, able to handle high-pressure work.
Passed the teacher qualification exam with excellent results.
Familiarity with the curriculum systems of the United States and the United Kingdom (preferred).
