JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy professional who can leverage automation tools and coding skills to improve the flow of our operations. As an Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in managing workflows, integrating systems, and using APIs to ensure seamless connections between platforms. This position requires expertise with Make.com, Zapier, and the ability to use Python to bridge gaps between tools that do not natively connect.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation & Workflow Optimization:
Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
Use platforms like Make.com, Zapier, and custom Python scripts to integrate and automate systems that don’t usually connect.
CRM Management:
Manage, optimize, and improve workflows within our current CRM system, focusing on automation and enhancing operational performance.
System Integration & API Management:
Develop solutions for connecting various software platforms using APIs, ensuring data flows seamlessly between systems.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support for system integrations, troubleshooting API issues, and ensuring smooth communication between internal platforms.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze system performance data and generate reports on workflow efficiency, automation impact, and system effectiveness.
Track KPIs and provide actionable insights for process improvement and increased productivity.
Continuous Learning & Innovation:
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in automation, APIs, and workflow integration tools.
Continuously evaluate new technologies and integrate them to improve PAINT TIGERS’ operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Traits:

Strong expertise with automation platforms such as Make.com and Zapier.
Proficiency in Python or other programming languages to work with APIs and integrate systems.
Experience with CRM systems (DripJobs, Go High Level) is a plus but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on streamlining business processes and systems integration.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize workflows.
Positive, proactive, and a strong communicator, comfortable working in a remote environment.
