Social Media Manager

We're a social media management agency expanding our portfolio of accounts by growing our theme pages in the finance and health niche.

We're seeking a driven self-starter who can manage multiple accounts as if they were their own, create viral content, understand trends, engage with communities, and have a passion for Instagram.

- *Responsibilities:**

- Manage 4-6 Instagram theme pages across different niches
- Create and post engaging content 3-5 times daily, utilizing various formats:
- Static images
- Carousels
- Reels
- Stories
- Develop and implement growth strategies for each account
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Instagram trends and algorithm changes
- Engage with followers and build communities around each theme page
- Analyze account performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and growth tactics
- Ensure brand consistency across all managed accounts

- *Requirements:**

- Proven experience growing Instagram theme pages
- Deep understanding of Instagram's features, best practices, and algorithm
- Strong creative skills with an eye for visually appealing content
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging captions
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Data-driven approach to content strategy and growth
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- *Technical Skills:**

- Proficiency in Canva for graphic design
- Expert-level knowledge of Instagram and its features
- Experience with video editing software (Davinci Resolve is a plus)
- Familiarity with Later or similar social media scheduling tools
- Basic photo and video editing skills

- *Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in niche research and audience analysis
- Knowledge of SEO principles for social media
- Understanding of influencer marketing and collaboration strategies
- Familiarity with Instagram monetization techniques
