Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Specialist to help drive new business opportunities and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and executing successful email marketing campaigns, generating leads, and leveraging SEO strategies to enhance our online presence. You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and supporting our firm's growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities:


Email
Marketing: Design and implement engaging email marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and nurturing existing client relationships.
Lead Generation: Develop strategies for sourcing, identifying, and nurturing potential clients, utilizing tools such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and online databases.
SEO: Optimize the firm's website, blog, and other online content to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase conversions.
Client Outreach: Identify and build relationships with prospective clients through various outreach methods (email, phone calls, social media, etc.).
Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create relevant, informative, and engaging content that aligns with business development goals.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to help inform marketing strategies and business development efforts.
Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on campaign performance, lead generation activities, and SEO results, using data to optimize future efforts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in email marketing, lead generation, and SEO.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Previous experience in business development, preferably in an accounting or professional services firm, is a plus.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.
