Job Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Systems and Operations Manager to streamline and optimize our eCommerce operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize Systems & Workflows: Create and refine operational processes, inventory management, and supply chain logistics for efficiency.
Manage Tools & Platforms: Oversee CRM, project management tools, and eCommerce systems (e.g., Shopify). Ensure seamless platform integrations and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate & Train: Work with marketing, customer service, and fulfillment teams to align goals, and provide training on processes.
Quality & Reporting: Conduct audits, track operational metrics, and recommend actionable improvements to boost performance and reduce costs.
Requirements:

Proven experience in eCommerce operations or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Asana, and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and communicate effectively.
Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with 3PL providers and logistics.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
