Role Purpose
This is a remote role based out in Philippines. You will be working for United Safety & Survivability Corporation- Australia.
The Data Integrity Officer is responsible for managing, validating, and troubleshooting data of United Safety & Survivability between SimPro and MYOB systems. This role is key in ensuring seamless data integration, maintaining accurate
financial records, and supporting the operational and financial teams by addressing data discrepancies
and system-related issues.

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of data validations between SimPro and MYOB systems,
identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor and resolve transactions in staging batches due to various issues, ensuring timely and
accurate processing of data between systems.
• Investigate data issues within Simpro
• Ensure the integration between the EH (Employment Hero) system and MYOB runs smoothly
without errors, overseeing troubleshooting and fixing any integration issues that arise.
• Manage and implement necessary data model changes for reporting purposes, particularly
those required for Etani reports and reporting needs by the US team.
• Coordinate with the US team to ensure accurate sharing of data between Australian and US
systems, including regular reporting and addressing any cross-border data issues.
• Provide data integrity support to management accountants by addressing data-related issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements related to data management and system
integration, recommending enhancements where applicable.

Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting data integrations, working with both ERP and
accounting software systems (preferably SimPro and MYOB).
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting requirements to understand the
impact of data issues on financial reporting and operational workflows.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex data discrepancies and integration issues across
multiple systems.
• A keen eye for identifying issues in data flows and transactions, ensuring accuracy in all data
reconciliations.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with both local and US-based teams, facilitating
cross-functional cooperation for data sharing and issue resolution.
• Prior experience in a similar role, especially in a systems integration environment involving
accounting and IT systems, is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with ERP systems (SimPro, MYOB) would be advantageous.
