Professional Experience

Relevant Work Experience:
1-3 years in customer service, procurement, or supply chain roles.

Industry Experience:
Familiarity with purchasing processes, vendor management, and supply chain logistics is a significant advantage.

Key Skills and Competencies

Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication to effectively handle inquiries, complaints, and updates.

Problem-Solving Abilities:
Ability to address and resolve supplier or customer concerns promptly.

Attention to Detail:
Ensuring accuracy in orders, contracts, and communication.

Interpersonal Skills:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Organizational Skills:
Managing multiple tasks, such as order tracking, issue resolution, and follow-ups, efficiently.

Technical Proficiency

Software Knowledge:

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

CRM Systems:
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for managing client interactions.
