About the Role
The Creative Director is a leadership role responsible for driving Retreat Finder’s creative strategy, storytelling, and content performance. You’ll collaborate with a global team to deliver high-impact, platform-specific content that aligns with our brand and drives audience growth, engagement, and conversions.

- Creative strategy and storytelling

Key Responsibilities

Content Vision & Strategy:
- Define and uphold the overarching content vision, tone, and voice for the Retreat Finder brand.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies for website, social media, email marketing, and YouTube.
- Identify high-growth opportunities to expand audience reach and engagement.

Creative Leadership:
- Drive storytelling efforts that strengthen the brand’s emotional connection with its audience.
- Create clear and inspiring creative briefs for campaigns and projects.
- Mentor content creators to deliver cohesive, impactful work.

Content Oversight:
- Review and approve all final content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee content categories, including:
-- Website: SEO-driven articles, landing pages, and directory listings.
-- Email: Newsletters, nurture sequences, and promotional campaigns.
-- Social Media: Posts, reels, stories, and video clips.
-- Video: Long-form interviews, spotlight pieces, and promotional videos.
-- Listings & Ads: Optimized directory listings and banner ads.
-- Graphics: Visual assets for digital and print campaigns.

Performance & Analytics:
- Track and optimize key performance metrics (KPIs) like audience growth, engagement rates, and conversions.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate content performance and refine strategies.

About You

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in content strategy and creative leadership, preferably with a global or lifestyle brand.
- Expertise in platform-specific best practices (SEO, YouTube, social media, email marketing).
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and impactful content.
- Experience leading and mentoring creative teams in remote or international settings.
- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing content performance metrics.
