Hi, I’m Christine Carrillo, founder of several businesses, including Big Business Tiny Team. I am passionate about helping CEOs scale their businesses with small, efficient teams. Through my courses, The 20 Hour CEO, and coaching, I’ve supported top entrepreneurs in building well-oiled business machines.
I am now building our media company, Big Business Tiny Team, with a focus on growing our online presence and social media engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing remote team and help shape our media strategy from the ground up.
The Role: Social Media & Community Manager
I am looking for a reliable, diligent, kind, and hard working professional to manage and grow our social media presence. This role is critical in increasing engagement, building our brand, and driving traffic to our newsletter and courses. You will work closely with our content team to bring our vision to life across multiple platforms.
The right person for this role wants to work with a kind, hard working, and brilliant team. You'll be fully part of our team, not a VA. This is a full-time role for someone who wants to grow within our company, and in their career.
Your Responsibilities
1. Content Management
- Schedule and publish engaging posts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (formerly
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to brainstorm and develop fresh content ideas aligned with our brand voice.
2. Engagement & Community Building
- Comment back to people who comment on Christine's posts with comments that are aimed at stimulating discussion and getting them to comment back.
- Comment on 35+ other people's post at GMT 12pm - 1.30pm and these comments are aimed at stimulating discussion as well.
3. Social Media Growth & Analytics
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our content and campaigns.
- Propose data-driven strategies to optimize content and improve engagement rates.
4. Collaborative Projects
- Work closely with the CEO and content team to align social media strategies with broader business goals.
- Share weekly updates on progress, key learnings, and areas for improvement.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written English communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts and ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, and
- Understanding of analytics tools and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and a proactive attitude to solving challenges.
- Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay & Perks
- Starting salary: $1000 per month for full-time work (40 hours per week).
- Flexible working hours, as long as you can be online between 12:30 pm - 13:30 pm GMT to engage with our community
