We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations. If you’re resourceful, organized, and experienced in handling Shopify stores and social media research, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Research: Search social media for product-related content and record findings in Google Sheets.
- Competitor Research: Identify competitors' ads, gather pricing information, and log data in Google Sheets.
- Shopify Store Setup: Build Shopify stores from scratch, including theme setup, navigation, and essential integrations.
- Product Sourcing: Collect product descriptions and high-quality images for listings.
- Product Management: Upload products, set up discounts, and ensure accurate product details on Shopify.
- Graphic Design: Create engaging and high-quality graphics for product listings and social media platforms.
- Social Media Management: Develop content and manage postings for our Instagram account to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Shopify (store setup and product management).
- Experience in social media research.
- Familiarity with competitor research and data organization.
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic graphic design or photo editing for product images.
- Understanding of platforms like Amazon and TikTok.
