JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to work remotely as a Customer Service Representative and Personal Assistant. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to manage customer needs while providing administrative support. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

A. Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Service Duties:
1. Customer Interaction:
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or other virtual platforms in fluent English.
-Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a professional manner.
-Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products/services.

2. Order and Issue Management:
-Process customer orders, refunds, and returns accurately.
-Track and manage customer records, preferences, and feedback for continuous improvement.

3. Follow-Up and Engagement:
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.
-Build and maintain positive relationships to encourage customer retention and loyalty.

4. Reporting and Feedback:
-Document customer interactions and create reports on recurring issues or trends.
-Suggest process improvements based on customer feedback and needs.


-Personal Assistant Duties:
1. Calendar and Schedule Management:
-Manage the employer’s daily calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and virtual engagements.
-Send reminders and coordinate changes as needed.

2. Administrative Support:
-Handle email correspondence, prepare presentations, and maintain digital files in flawless English.
-Organize and track important documents, ensuring easy access when needed.

3. Personal and Professional Assistance:
-Perform ad hoc tasks and errands, such as online research or placing orders.
-Manage projects or personal tasks delegated by the employer.

4. Communication and Coordination:
-Act as the main point of contact between the employer and external parties, including clients and vendors.
-Liaise with service providers and manage virtual meetings or events.




B. Skills and Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency:
---Exceptional command of written and spoken English is a must.
---Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.

- Customer Service Skills:
---Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
---Empathy, patience, and excellent active listening skills.

- Personal Assistant Skills:
---Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.
---Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

- Technical Proficiency:
---Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
---Familiarity with task management tools like Asana, Trello, or Slack is a plus.

- General:
---Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
---Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.




C. Requirements:
-Proven experience in customer service and/or administrative support roles.
-Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
-Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
-Availability to work full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a bonus.




D. Work Environment:
-Fully remote position, requiring a stable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
-Virtual collaboration with the employer and team members using online tools.
