What You’ll Do:
You’ll be at the core of our operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include:
Core Responsibilities
Workflow Management: Streamline and optimize business processes for maximum efficiency.
Shopify Setup & Optimization: Create, manage, and enhance Shopify stores based on detailed instructions.
Financial Oversight: Track daily profit and loss, and generate accurate financial reports.
KPI Monitoring: Keep a close eye on performance metrics to ensure team and business goals are consistently met.
Communication Management: Handle
SOP Creation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure repeatable, efficient processes.
Task Delegation: Assign tasks to the right tea
Market Research: Explore the best tools, strategies, and trends to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.
Payment Processor Management: Manage multiple payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex) to ensure smooth transactions and account health. Develop strategies to prevent disputes and maintain trustworthiness.
Side Note* For the most procedures we have already SOP’s. But we are looking for someone who can find things out individually and improve SOP’s.

What You Bring:
Experience with Shopify and/or e-commerce platforms.
Hands-on experience setting up and managing Stripe accounts, including dispute prevention strategies.
Familiarity with financial reporting, including profit and loss tracking.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach.
Experience managing teams, outsourcing tasks, and motivating others (a big plus!)
