As a part of our team, you'll play a critical role in managing our financial records and ensuring our books are accurate and compliant. This is a flexible, remote position perfect for an experienced, QuickBooks Certified bookkeeper with a background in software or SaaS companies.

Key Responsibilities
* Transaction Management:
* Record and reconcile subscription payments, one-time charges, and other revenue streams.
* Track and log expenses, including software subscriptions, payroll, and operational costs.
* Reconciliation:
* Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and credit card statements monthly.
* Financial Reporting:
* Prepare and deliver monthly reports, including:
* Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
* Balance sheets
* Cash flow reports
* Tax and Compliance:
* Assist with calculating and tracking sales taxes for applicable regions.
* Ensure records comply with accounting standards and SaaS-specific regulations.
* Payroll Support:
* Process payments for employees and contractors as needed.
* Metric Tracking:
* Record key financial and SaaS-specific metrics, including MRR, ARR, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).

Qualifications
* Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with proven experience managing books for software or SaaS companies.
* Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition practices.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
* Familiarity with payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote, part-time role.
