SIMPLE VIDEO CREATOR: 1-3 Minutes YouTube How-To Tutorials

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled video creator to produce simple, engaging, and informative YouTube how-to tutorials. Each video will be 1-3 minutes long and cover various basic topics with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) provided to guide you through the content creation process. The creator is expected ask questions or do their own research on various topics if unfamiliar with the subject.

Responsibilities:
Create 5-10 short tutorial videos daily following the provided SOP (video template is provided).
Record an English voiceover for each video (no AI voiceovers).
Design a simple, eye-catching thumbnail for each video (templates are provided).
Deliver videos on time via a Trello board, which will be used to manage workflow.
Communicate with our team through Discord for updates and instructions.

Requirements:
Video Editing Skills: Proficiency with basic video editing software to ensure smooth transitions, clear audio, and visually engaging content.
Voiceover Ability: Comfortable speaking clearly in English for tutorial voiceovers.
Thumbnail Design: Ability to create clean, informative thumbnails that attract viewers.
Communication: Access to email and Discord for easy coordination and task updates.
Consistency: Must be able to reliably deliver 3-5 videos per day.
Compensation:

$1.00 per video
$0.15 per English voiceover
$0.10 per thumbnail

Total: $1.25 per complete video package
