Key Responsibilities:
1. Web Development & GHL Expertise:
- Customize and develop **Go High Level (GHL)** portals for optimal functionality.
- Build and optimize workflows, automation, and integrations within the GHL platform.
- Customize tabs and menus (e.g., converting "Learning Tab" into "Forms Tab").
- Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other coding languages to develop and troubleshoot web applications.
- Complete a **GHL snapshot** tailored to our business needs as part of the onboarding process.
for Client Portal:
Customize and configure Go High Level (GHL) tabs, menus, and layout to support the Safety SecQR Workers Portal functionality.
Create a seamless, user-friendly navigation system that allows workers to access key functions easily.
Design and style the portal interface to match Safety SecQR’s branding (using black and yellow safety colors) and functional requirements.
Ensure the portal’s layout supports quick access to critical safety documentation and forms (such as SWMS, WIR, WHS, and Permit to Work).
Integrate features to enhance worker engagement, autonomy, and safety compliance.
Collaborate with the Safety SecQR team to align portal features with worker needs, including access to personalized forms, QR codes, and client-specific resources.
Test and troubleshoot the portal to ensure a smooth user experience.
2. Social Media Management:
- Create and execute social media strategies for various platforms
- Develop high-quality content and visuals for posts and campaigns.
- Schedule and monitor social media posts, ensuring brand consistency.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries promptly.
3. Digital Advertising:
- Plan, manage, and optimize *
- Track analytics and provide reports on campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
4. Content Creation & Branding:
- Design creative content, graphics, and videos that align with our brand identity.
- Collaborate with the team to develop engaging and informative marketing materials.
- Ensure all digital outputs align with the company’s vision and branding guidelines.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in **web development** and **web design**, specifically with **Go High Level (GHL)**.
- Strong expertise in **UX/UI design principles**, especially in a client or worker portal setting.
- Proficiency in coding languages like **HTML**, **CSS**, and **JavaScript**.
- Experience in building **GHL workflows** and **automations**.
- Expertise in running and optimizing *
