Key Responsibilities:
Use PriceLabs to manage and update base prices for properties, ensuring they reflect current market demand and trends.
Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue while maintaining competitive rates.
Optimise listings across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and others to increase visibility and attract guests.
Conduct regular market analysis to monitor competitor pricing and adjust listings accordingly.
Update and refresh property listings daily, including titles, descriptions, and photo captions, to align with algorithm preferences.
