ROLE
As the Video Editor, Thumbnail Designer and Media Poster for TaperClinic, you will be responsible for producing visually engaging and informative videos that align with TaperClinic's mission. You will edit educational and promotional videos, ensuring that each piece reflects our commitment to patient care, clear communication, and brand consistency. Additionally, you will create custom thumbnails designed to capture audience attention and drive engagement across our platforms. You will also handle the scheduling and posting of video content on our social media channels, ensuring a consistent and timely presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Video Editing:
Edit videos for educational, promotional, and social media content, ensuring clarity, smooth pacing, and adherence to TaperClinic’s professional tone.
Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions to enhance viewer engagement.
Review content for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with our brand guidelines.
Thumbnail Creation:
Design visually impactful thumbnails that reflect the video’s theme and are optimized for platform algorithms.
Utilize branding elements such as TaperClinic colors, logos, and fonts to maintain consistency.
Content Scheduling and Posting:
Schedule and post video content across TaperClinic’s social media channels, including YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Post content according to platform best practices, optimizing times to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor and maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure steady content flow.
Brand Consistency:
Collaborate with the team to ensure that video content aligns with TaperClinic’s brand voice and mission.
Study and integrate TaperClinic’s core values into visual content, ensuring each video and thumbnail resonates with our target audience.
Workflow Management:
Organize and manage project timelines to meet posting schedules and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with the team, keeping stakeholders informed of progress or challenges.
RESULTS
Deliver consistently high-quality, engaging videos and thumbnails that represent TaperClinic’s brand.
Drive audience growth and engagement by creating visually appealing and informative content.
Ensure that all video content is scheduled and posted consistently across social media platforms, contributing to TaperClinic’s steady online presence.
Maintain timely project delivery, ensuring all videos are ready for publication as scheduled.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Proven experience in video editing and thumbnail design, ideally for medical or educational content.
Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
Experience with social media scheduling and posting tools (e.g.,Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or platform-native options).
Creative Skills:
Ability to create thumbnails that attract viewer attention and encourage clicks.
Strong sense of visual storytelling and design principles.
Brand Awareness:
Understanding of TaperClinic’s mission, ensuring all content supports our commitment to patient-centered care.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and deadlines effectively.
Communication:
Responsive and communicative with the team, open to feedback and able to incorporate it quickly.
