The Opportunity:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to be the organizational backbone of our web design projects. You'll work directly with our founder and skilled development team to ensure smooth project delivery. This is perfect for someone who loves both organization and technology.

Basic Technical Requirements:
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Comfortable with online collaboration
- Basic understanding of website terminology
- Experience with project management tools
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of virtual assistant or project coordination experience
- Experience using project management software (Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Strong
- Available to work 2+ hours during US Pacific Time business hours
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Desired (But Not Required):
- Experience in web design/development industry
- Knowledge of WordPress
- Experience with Figma or other design tools
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- Experience with client communication
Daily Responsibilities:
- Update project management system with task progress
- Coordinate between design, development, and client teams
- Prepare and send client update reports
- Schedule and coordinate tea
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Send daily progress reports to founder
- Track time using time-tracking tool
Schedule & Availability:
- 15-20 hours per week to start, potential for more
- Must be available at least 2 hours during 9am-5pm Pacific Time
- Flexible scheduling for remaining hours
- Available for occasional early morning meetings
- Filipino holidays observed
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting rate: $8-10 per hour based on experience
- Monthly performance bonuses available
- Paid training period
- Increase after 90-day review
- 13th month pay after 1 year
- Paid time off after 6 months
