Job Description:
We are a starting baby and kids’ clothing brand, and are looking for a reliable and skilled Virtual Assistant to help with the development and ongoing management of our e-commerce website. Our website plays a critical role in our business, and we need someone who can bring our vision to life while ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Set up and customize our e-commerce website (using Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms).
Optimize the website for a seamless user experience (UX) and mobile responsiveness.
Implement and update product pages, categories, and descriptions based on provided materials.
Work with designers to upload unique designs and ensure accurate visual representation.
Set up secure payment gateways and shipping options.
Ensure the website is SEO-friendly to enhance visibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve any website-related technical issues.
Provide recommendations to improve website performance and customer engagement.
Requirements:

Proven experience in e-commerce website setup and management (Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, or similar platforms).
Strong understanding of web design principles and UX/UI optimization.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
Experience in working with product listings, categories, and inventory management.
Familiarity with tools like Canva or Photoshop (preferred but not required).
Excellent English communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
Working Hours:
Flexible, but must be available to collaborate during UAE business hours for updates and discussions.

Compensation:
Negotiable based on experience and project scope.
