Talented video editor needed!

We’re looking for a highly creative, efficient and resourceful video editor to join our team at Sayan Digital Alchemy, where we focus on delivering high-quality, impactful video content for our clients. If you're passionate about creating videos, storytelling and have a keen eye for detail, we want to meet you!

Before proceeding, please ensure you have:

Experience in 4k Video Editing and Motion Graphics
Strong English communication skills to interact with clients and our internal team.
Sound design, including background music selection, audio mixing, and using sound to enhance storytelling.

***YOUR ROLE***
- Daily Editing: Create and edit multiple short-form videos (1 minute or less) for social media.
- Long-form Editing: Work on long-form, multi-cam YouTube videos like podcasts and client testimonials, ads and VSL creation.
- Storytelling & Strategy: Create video narratives that align with client brands and audiences.
- Sound Design: Incorporate audio design, mix sound, choose background music, and use sound effects strategically to support the narrative and drive the story forward.
- Collaborative Workflow: Use Trello and Google Drive for task and project management.
- Client Communication: You’ll take ownership of projects and communicate directly with clients, ensuring their vision is captured and delivered.
- Content Extraction: Identify valuable moments from longer videos and repurpose them into impactful short-form content.
- Client-Specific Styles: Tailor each video edit to the unique style and voice of our clients.

***REQUIREMENTS***
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, video hooks, and sound design to captivate audiences.
- Skilled in color correction/grading, motion graphics, and audio design.
- Experience with audio editing, including mixing, sound effects, and background music selection.
- Ability to work with multi-cam footage and manage seamless transitions between angles.
- Excellent English communication skills—you’ll be engaging with clients directly.
- Efficient turnaround times while maintaining quality.
- Familiarity with file transfer systems like Google Drive.

***COMPENSATION***
- Bonuses available right from the start based on performance.
