Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Remote Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on nurturing relationships with major accounts, generating new leads, and providing outstanding customer support. Key Responsibilities
-Build and maintain strong relationships with major accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
-Conduct follow-up calls with prospective and existing clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
-Generate quotes for customers and follow through on sales opportunities.
-Identify and secure new business leads through cold calling.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, such as flyers, for campaigns.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and keep the CRM database updated.
-Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity to the management team.
Requirements
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Confidence in cold calling and relationship-building over the phone.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
-Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-A results-driven team player with a customer-first mindset.
Work Hours
-Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.
Compensation
Base Salary: $90 USD per week + commission
Commission:
-5% on membership upsells.
-2% on gross sales from existing accounts you manage.
Estimated additional earnings: $50–$200 per month for top-performing sellers.
