Position: Credit Repair Specialist

Type: Part-Time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST)

Compensation: Starting at $17/hour (negotiable based on experience)



We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Credit Repair Specialist to join our team. This role requires expertise in credit repair processes, including factual disputing, consumer law disputing, and Metro 2 disputing. The ideal candidate will also have experience using DisputeFox software, GoHighLevel CRM, and Slack for communication.



Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 100-200 clients, providing regular updates on their credit repair progress.

• Execute and oversee the full spectrum of credit dispute processes (factual, consumer law, and Metro 2 disputing).

• Utilize and maintain the DisputeFox software and GoHighLevel CRM for efficient client management.

• Lead and manage one other employee to ensure smooth team operations and task delegation.

• Communicate effectively via Slack and other platforms to ensure seamless workflow.



Requirements:

• Proven experience in credit repair, with expertise in disputing techniques and consumer credit laws.

• Proficient in using DisputeFox software, GoHighLevel CRM, and Slack.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of clients.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Availability to work part-time hours (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
