Looking to hire a smart, efficient assistant to help my work load as owner of ShieldCo Art. I started ShieldCo, a high end custom signage company, 11 years ago and have continuously hired people to grow the business. There are a number of things that I haven’t been able to let go of yet. I have a background as a CPA so I still do our monthly bookkeeping and I process the payment of sales tax. I run payroll. I’m the sales manager, and I’m the chief engineer for our team of 26. Things run really smoothly but if I get a notice from a government agency regarding whatever, it can take a half day to figure out how to solve it.
So the ideal candidate will help make my life easier.
