Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator & Operative at Bike Bubl!

In this role, you will take ownership of making sales while organizing and managing leads, improving sales workflows, and ensuring the team operates efficiently. You will also play a key role in aligning operational processes with sales objectives to drive growth and success.

Your Responsibilities:
• Lead Organization & Distribution: Sort, assign, and track incoming leads to ensure no opportunities are missed.
• Sales Generation: Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and campaigns to promote our services.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with management to refine sales processes and tools, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospects and clients, providing accurate quotations and addressing inquiries to drive conversions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights to improve individual and team performance.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance Bike Bubl’s service offering.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze sales data, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
• Operational Support: Assist with process streamlining between sales and operations, ensuring smooth client onboarding and service scheduling.
• Customer Relationship Management: Leverage CRM tools to manage customer data, track leads, and optimize follow-up strategies.
• Sales Training: Offer guidance to team members, sharing best practices to elevate the overall performance of the sales team.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on lead management or process improvement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• A passion for continuous improvement and collaboration.
