**Job Posting: Virtual Assistant (Full-Time) – West Coast Time Zone**

**About Us:**
We are a small yet dynamic company with 6 employees, offering monthly training sessions and ongoing client support. As part of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Email Management:** Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails as needed, ensuring no important communication is overlooked.
- **Calendar Management:** Maintain and update calendars using Microsoft Outlook, schedule meetings, and set reminders to align with our business needs.
- **Travel Arrangements:** Coordinate and book travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring all plans are finalized and aligned with company policies.
- **Expense Handling:** Prepare and organize expense reports for approval and submittal; finance authority will be granted for alignment and booking purposes but not for executing transactions.
- **Training Coordination Bookings:** Assist in organizing monthly training booking session events, ensuring participants are scheduled and logistics are handled seamlessly.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability to work full-time hours, aligned with California (PST) business hours.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in coordinating travel and managing expense reports.
- Familiarity with scheduling and booking customer relation retreats or events.
- Tech-savvy. Social media with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
