JOB OVERVIEW

• Social Media Management
- Create a system, example: Content is lined up the day before and I approve it
- Post creation and scheduling, seven days weekly - 3 posts (reels/carousels/etc.) a day / on 7 forums (X, ig, fb, fb, TT, YT and podcast)
- Shorts and reels captioned and brand logo outro (AF example https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTFaeHdDp/ )
- SEO
- Google / Reddit / FB research - what is my ideal client searching for answers to
- Optimize hashtags
- Optimizing trending music and other trends
- Tracking stats, conversion and metrics
- During Online Course Launches - Focus on Promoting online course - reels/clips from online course modules in Course and support with copy from the Sales Landing Page
- During non launch phases - focus on pointing to free giveaway (pdf guide, meditation) copy from copy bank on my google doc
- Post full videos on YouTube and create brand intro and outro - JS example - https://youtu.be/4jQI1ZaHzv8?si=UlaquVnk4LTVTo4E )
- Strip audio for podcasts

• Admin
- onboard new members in online portal, greet and respond to their questions and concerns, including updating billing (i.e. credit card instructions)
- Approve and remove members as necessary
- Manage uploading any content to forum (Mighty Networks)
- And any other client service in Mighty Networks community
- Inbox management for team@tanyatecce.us
- Email monthly invoice reminders

automation for launch sequences (constant contact)
