Sales Representative (Excellent English and Phone Skills)

We are a UK based beauty distributor.

We are seeking a Sales Representative with excellent English and phone skills to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, following up on existing leads, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively seek new business opportunities through outbound sales calls
2. Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations over the phone
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
2. Previous experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
3. Exceptional phone skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
7. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
