- **Recruit:** Successfully sign creators and influencers, earning competitive bonuses for each signing.

**Compensation:**
- **Fixed Rate:** $3/hour.
- **Signing Bonuses:** Earn $50-$150 per successful signing.
- **High Earning Potential:** With strong performance, you could make up to $2,000/month or more!

**Working Hours:**
- **US Daytime Hours** (Flexible but must be available during peak outreach times).

- **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting or recruitment.
