Job Title: Executive Assistant

What You’ll Do: As an Executive Assistant at Green Frog Web Design, you will help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

Your tasks will include:
-Calendar Management: Organize and keep track of the executive’s schedule, including meetings and events.
-Data Tracking: Use spreadsheets to monitor important numbers and statistics that help us make business decisions.
-Podcast Editing: Edit and produce high-quality podcasts to make sure they are ready to share.
-Graphic Design: Help with basic graphic design tasks to support our marketing and branding.
-Outreach: Reach out to podcasters and other partners to grow our network and collaborations.
-Email Management: Manage and organize the executive’s email inbox, making sure important messages are handled on time.

What We’re Looking For: We want someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has great organizational and communication skills. You should be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:
-Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
-Good skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking data.
-Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva.
-Excellent written and spoken English.
-Ability to work independently and manage your time well from home.
-A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
