Shopify Store Specialist/Manager

Are you ready to build something extraordinary from the ground up? Face by Greethel is a new luxury beauty and wellness brand specializing in organic face-lifting massage treatments and premium products. We’re looking for a Shopify Store Specialist who’s a motivated solo player, ready to develop and manage our new e-commerce store and grow with us as we launch our Shopify platform.

This is an ideal role for someone eager to take full ownership, grow their expertise, and contribute to a brand with a global vision.

Here’s What You’ll Do:
* End-to-end Shopify Store Management: Handle product listings, SEO, customer support, vendor coordination, and order management.
* Facebook Ads Management: Create, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROAS.
* Social Media Management: Maintain and grow our social media accounts, respond to reviews, and engage with our audience.
* Competitor, Product, and Market Research: Identify trends, uncover opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.
* Additional tasks as they arise, reflecting the startup environment.

What You Bring:

Experience & Technical Skills:
* Minimum of 2 years of e-commerce management experience.
* Proficiency in Shopify, GSuite, Alibaba, Facebook Ads, Klaviyo, Canva, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs is a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with TikTok and content creation tools.
* Prior customer service experience.

Work Schedule:
* Full-time role with flexible working hours.
* Availability to work weekends when needed (mostly customer support).
