Responsibilities:
Research and analyze comparable properties (comps) using online platforms and tools.
Provide accurate property valuations based on market trends.
Organize and report findings in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with the team to support property acquisition decisions.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of real estate markets and property valuation.
Familiarity with tools like Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, or other real estate platforms.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
Attention to detail and accuracy in analysis.
Prior experience with real estate comps is a plus but not required.
